We Have a Signed Contract!!!!!

I have been using my nervous energy to get my house clean today while waiting to hear from my realtor.  So now that I know it is done I can relax and hopefully nap.  As soon as the offer is accepted by the bank, I'm going to go over to the house again make plans.  I can't wait for the kids to get a chance to see it.
