The bank countered our offer already. I thought they'd move fast, but I'm really surprised it was so quick! Unfortunately, they only dropped the price $2k :( We'll see what we can work out.
Our realtor just called back and it sounds like the bank will approve our counter at $1k over our original offer. YAY! I should know pretty quick. Troy and the seller have to sign the updated price.
Now it's been almost a week and we haven't heard anything... I'll post again when we do.
